Cage Diving with Great White sharks is a dream come true for some people and a nightmare for many others, but for one 5 year old and his 7 year old sister it was just another unforgettable experience from an amazing journey.

The Children in question are two of the three children from you tube sensation The Bucket List Family. After making millions for selling a mobile app the family hit the road to travel the world and have been sharing their experiences on social media for the past couple of years.

There latest trip to Mexico and more specifically to dive with great white sharks, has sparked a certain amount of controversy and not in the way you might think.

While their have most certainly been some negative comments about the fact that the parents took the children in a cage to dive with Great White sharks.

“Think they are way to young! This looks very dangerous especially since this is the first time they have been underwater.”

Most of the outrage has been caused by the photo used to share this latest family adventure.

The photo on their Facebook post shows the youngest child with his foot sticking out the cage and a shark seemingly coming in for a nibble.

This photo however is clearly photoshopped and several people have been dismayed at the attempt to sensationalise the experience. With one commentator saying.

“I don’t mean any disrespect but the whole video centers around the fact that sharks are beautiful and gentle creatures that are just misunderstood but then this thumbnail picture kind of paints the shark as the predator many fear them to be. There’s no shark going after cute Manilla’s foot, they were all just swimming by minding their own business.”

And

“Why don't you use a real thumbnail from the video?”

Others have been quick to jump to their defence though.

“I don’t understand why everyone is freaking out over this so much. Those kids have seen and done more than most of us will do in a lifetime. They have experience that most of us still don’t have. It’s not your business to tell them anything except “Hey, thanks for sharing your family’s experiences with everyone! “

Upon watching the video is is clear to see that the shark is nowhere near the boy and for the most part the parents and even his older sister do not let him out of their grip.

Whatever you views, it is clear to see that the kids have a great time and an amazing experience.
